partner, associate, member (of the partnership) Explanation: Hello Arika, although I would use 'partner', these are all the terms listed in the Legal Lexicon by Van den End. He or she is a person of course in the 'vennootschap'company, firm, partnership (I would use the latter in this context). I take it 'c.v.' would be JC ??? which is Joint Venture, and English term which the Dutch use also. Marijke |
