French term or phrase: éponyme

I know what an eponym is but in English it is such an arcane and clumsy term for a marketing piece that I would like to avoid it. I am hoping there is another word that can be substituted -- after doing a bit of research, I have not yet come up with one that I like. Maybe the sentence needs to be rearranged. Your thoughts are welcomed!

Explanation:
The XXXXs (family name) say on the label....
or
XXXX (company name) says on the lebel...

i.e. they justify calling their liqueur after themselves by saying that it wasn't just nature that produced it. I don't think you actually need to point out that they are eponymous; as you say, it seems clumsy in English.
