English term or phrase: Random and shuffle
Being probably the only person on the planet without an iPod - is 'random' and 'shuffle' the same thing when it comes to track selection and what would that be in Danish?

Danish translation:shuffle
Explanation:
You don't need an iPod - the feature has been on cd players for close to two decades.

I have seen a few feeble attemps to 'Danify' this expression, but I always stick with 'shuffle' myself.

AFAIK, the two (random and shuffle) are just different words for the same feature. Some manufacturers just favour one term over the other...

Explanation:
I have a Danish iPod 'brugerhåndbog' in my hand. 'iPod shuffle' is the name of the model, also in Danish, but for the function 'shuffle', they use 'blande'
