English term or phrase: facia
The floors are made of prefabricated profiled panels in stainless steel which provide a waved interior facia of the ceiling.

Guten Morgen!

Explanation:
Normally (in English UK) written "fascia" and basically means surfacing or as here "facing". You're right - in the automobile industry used for the dashboard or Armaturenbrett

facia or fascia

Explanation:
Mein Vorschlag:
-Sparrenabdeckung, (Dach-) Traufenstreifen (a strip of wood covers the ends of the rafter at the eaves of a roof);
-fascia board =Stirn-, Trauf- oder Windbrett (a board on edge nailed along the feet of the rafters. It often carries the eave(s) gutter and may alo act as a tilting fillet).
Vielleicht hilft's.
