ayak gaz pedalından Explanation: çekilince, önceden ayarlanmış bir düzeyde devreye giren frenleme. "Coast clutch" elektronik sistemlerle ayarlanmış bir tür motor freni, yani transmisyon kavraması ile gerçekleşiyor. "Coast brake" ise balata/kampana,vs. yani bildiğimiz tekerlek frenleme sistemi ile gerçekleşiyor ama yine elektronik sistemlerle önceden ayarlanmış bir düzeyde. Böylece bir viraj alırken, ayağınızı gazdan çektiğinizde, otomobil belirlenmiş sabit bir hızla frenleniyor. Formula 1 gibi pist yarışlarındaki yarış otomobillerinde bu sistemler çok uzun bir süredir kullanılıyor. Normal binek otolarında ise yeni kullanılmaya başlamış. Bunlar için Türkçe terimler üretilmiş mi bilmiyorum ama umarım bu açıklamalarım bir işinize yarar. |
