Ich würde sagen : Abschlussprüfung /-diplom der Mittelstufe, aber sicherlich versteht es jeder besser, wenn man mittlere Reife schreibt.

agree  Claire Bourneton-Gerlach: dans ce genre d'attestation, on peut ajouter en NDT que le diplôme en question est obtenu après tant d'années d'études, s'il n'y a pas de correspondance exacte.
