I'm somewhat stuck with wording, the sentence is this, "Leida la presente acta a las personas que intervienen la ratifican y firman los que saben." I;m trying to go with something like- The record having been read to those attending and signed by all literate parties.. Please help

This record having been read to the parties involved, it has been signed by all literate parties
Explanation:
I prefer "involved" to "attending" since there may be people attending who are not involved. And "los que saben" definitely refers to people who can sign, so "literate" is fine.

Explanation:
mi option, I think los que saben means those informed, after they have been read the document.

neutral  Monica Colangelo: "los que saben" se refiere a las personas que saben firmar. En algunos docs inclusive aparece "y los que no, estampan su dedo"
