Contexte: ingrédients du cordon-bleu (produit surgelé). Schweinefleisch, Paniermehl, Wasser, gekochter Formschinken. Je sais que ce n'est pas du "vrai" jambon mais je ne connais pas l'équivalent français.

"Pressed ham" are pieces joined into larger units. This is only possible if the structure of the individual pieces of meat is loosened by a mechanic pretreatment, for example through tumbling. Through heat treatment the pieces gain their new shape. The tissue bond of the pieces of meat used is essentially preserved.
