En el mismo contexto que la anterior, "fuero de atracción".

Esta expresión se refiere al hecho de que el tribunal de quiebra que actuó en la declaración de quiebra de un fallido es el único que puede tratar acciones donde el fallido esté involucrado. En otras palabras, ese tribunal "atrae" hacia sí cualquier otra acción, juicio o procedimiento en que tenga parte el quebrado.

Hice todas las búsquedas de rigor y no encontré nada. Pienso que a lo mejor haya alguna expresión en latín que se use en estos casos (como en el caso del 'forum non conveniens'), pero tampoco pude encontrar nada por ese lado.

Yo creo que esto tiene que ver con la cláusula "Applicable Law" de los contratos. Más que un tribunal específico, me imagino que son los tribunales de justicia del país del deudor.
