To stimulate your quadriceps you need 2 small and 1 large electrodes. Contracting your thigh, place the 2 small electrodes at the beginning of the muscle you can see on each side of your thigh. The large electrode should be placed on the muscular way, upper the thigh.
Now connect the red end of the 2 wires with the small electrodes and the black ends with one connection of the large one, respecting the side of the thigh.
