Y no existiendo en el Libro Diario asiento alguno vigente y pendiente de despacho que a la misma se refiera, firmo la presente, extendida en quince Hojas; la primera y la última de papel común con membrete de esta Oficina, y las restantes de papel fotocopia en una sola cara, todas debidamente selladas con el de este Registro, en San Sebastián, a nueve de Enero de dos mil seis, una vez diligenciado el cierre del Diario.

Explanation:
In the legal sense a "unica" is a sole copy and "practicada" can mean "filed." I referred myself to Robb's Diccionario de Terminos Legales. I think this could fit since they're talking about a registry.
