"Und Rajzmans Antwort lautete:

"Das war so: Der Zug kam aus Wien an. Ich stand damals auf dem Bahnsteig, als die Leute aus den Waggons geführt wurden. Eine ältere Frau trat auf Kurt Franz zu, zog einen Ausweis hervor und sagte, daß sie die Schwester von Sigmund Freud sei. Sie bat, man solle sie zu einer leichten Büroarbeit verwenden. Franz sah sich den Ausweis gründlich an und sagte, es sei wahrscheinlich ein Irrtum, führte sie zum Fahrplan und sagte, daß in zwei Stunden ein Zug nach Wien zurückgehe. Sie könne alle ihre Wertgegenstände und Dokumente hierlassen, ins Badehaus gehen, und nach dem Bad würden ihre Dokumente und ihr Fahrschein für sie nach Wien zur Verfügung stehen. Natürlich ist die Frau ins Badehaus gegangen, von wo sie niemals mehr zurückkehrte." (IMG 1947, S. 360)

Die Aussage, Freuds Schwester sei mit einem Zug aus Wien in Treblinka angekommen, steht im Gegensatz zu Leupold-Löwenthals Angabe, Rosa sei von Theresienstadt aus nach Treblinka verschickt worden. Daraus folgt, daß entweder Rajzman sich geirrt hat oder daß die Quelle Leupold-Löwenthals nicht zuverlässig ist. Die bisher bekannten Informationen über die Abfertigung der in Treblinka ankommenden Transporte sprechen nun eindeutig für die Richtigkeit von Rajzmans Aussage:

Von der westlich am Lager vorbeiführenden Eisenbahnlinie Siedlce-Malkinia führte ein etwa 300m langes Nebengleis durch ein Tor und endete an einer langen Rampe. Erst Ende 1942 wurde diese Rampe zu einem richtigen Bahnsteig ausgebaut und die danebenstehende **Sortierbaracke** zu einem scheinbaren Bahnhofsgebäude umfunktioniert..."

I don't think this is vital to your account and agree that the reference is to a hut rather than a barracks! In English,a common term would be depot, which might suit?
