Short sea means seagoing transportation between areas of economic similarity. Coastal country is a legal terminology linked to transportation between two ports in the same traffic. Feedering is a maritime terminology equated to a transport carried out between the transhipment port by a “mother vessel”. The smaller “feeder”, vessels connect up with local service routes. |
