From a letter of engagement setting out the terms on which a firm of accountants will provide their services to a client:

"Toutes autres interventions non comprises dans l'énumération ci-dessus et demandées par le client seront facturées en sus en fonction du temps passé et des taux de facturation en vigueur dans le Cabinet, et notamment toute mission d’assistance à des contrôles fiscaux et sociaux, assistance à la déclaration des revenus pour les résidents fiscaux étrangers.
Ces travaux d'exécution représentent une mise en forme fiscale et comptable et sont effectués en fonction des données fournies, soit par le gestionnaire, soit par vous-même, sans contrôle particulier de ces données."

I'm struggling with 'mise en forme' here. I think it literally means 'get into shape', i.e. the client provides the raw data and the professionals get it into the proper form for filing with the authorities....But I don't know how to put that in good English!
