Although you could omit "Investment" as Robert has in his answer, I would leave it in for completeness... why take it out?
And while you could say "Technological development", "technology development" sounds more appropriate in the context of a fund as you are more interested in describing the purpose of the development (technology)... for example, we talk of "technology companies" not "technological companies".
