Flexibility Explanation: the term curvatura means to bend" or the flexibility of something so since they are talking about a maxium of 5 mm, i guess it means it should bend no more than than...hope this helps |

aggregate grading curve Explanation: it's a line indicating the percentage of the various sizes of aggregates between two limits (0 to 5 mm in your case). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2005-11-25 08:37:04 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- It is usually called the \"curva granulometrica\". To enable easy pumping you need different percentages of the various sizes of the aggregate between the max. and the min. So a \"graph\" is plotted with various sizes of the aggregate (in mm) on one axis and the corresponding percentages of aggregate smaller than that size on the other axis - and you end up with a \"curve\", which is the design of the \"grading curve\". I hope that makes some sort of sense !! |
