Explanation:
Это если рассматривать "neck finish" как "горлышко". Еще можно "аморфная формовка голышка бутылки/бутылочного горлышка" (т.е. под определенную крышку). Либо "аморф. обработка..."

Normally the state of PET preform neck finish is amorphous because of it molded by injection molding and that's why it does not have heat resistant at more than 70 degree C.
But, PET has the characteristic to become heat resistance when it crystallized. The density of amorphous PET is 1.365g/cm3, but for get the heat-resistant, it becomes the higher density when making progress the crystallization from 1.365 to 1.380g/cm3 ( crystallinity index; 25% to 39% ).

Как видите из определения В ТН ВЭД, резьба у горлышка есть, т.е., аморфным его уже нельзя назвать.

Абсолютно точно - "горлышко/горловина ПЭТ-преформы".

После завершения цикла пресс-формы открываются. Горлышко преформы направленно охлаждается. Температура корпуса на выходе снижается приблизительно до 105°С. Преформы перемещаются при помощи захватов, которые держат их за горлышко с очень незначительным усилием. Чрезвычайно важно сохранить геометрию резьбы, иначе преформа выйдет бракованной.
После охлаждения, преформа, как правило, просто сбрасывается в приемную емкость-контейнер. Исключение составляют разве что моностадийные машины, в которых из свежеотлитых преформ сразу же выдувается ПЭТ-бутылка.
