Memorandum of Fund Conditions: Intangible Discount Contracts Explanation: This is a complete stab in the dark. I might be able to come up with something better, if I had an idea of what items or conditions were included in the pliego. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 15 hrs 52 mins (2005-11-10 12:51:15 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I feel like this could be read in two ways, either fondo refers to the raised funds and conditions on how they can be spent in terms of discount contracts on intangible services or fondo could be in terms of a base, as some kind of base discount on contracts for intangible services and these are the conditions for the base. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 13 hrs 20 mins (2005-11-11 10:18:59 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Do you think that there might be some punctuation missing. This is why I wrote my initial suggestion the way that I did. One other suggestion that I would have would be since you said that it was bid specifications Invitation to tender on Intangible Service Contracts: Fund Conditions (ie. here these are conditions put on the use of donor funds for bidding on intangible service contracts). The reason I started with Memorandum is that based on the title of this document, I am assuming it is something that is going to donors for a program on entrepreneurial development and they would be interested in knowing what kinds of conditions there were on bids for certain services. |
