job titles often depend on the field and the size of the company.

Someone suggested account manager - this is possible but depends on what that person is selling and it is, in fact, still a position in sales; can be "gestionnaire de portefeuilles"

Business Development is a specific field- more marketing than sales - because the employee is not just developing business for "one" sale but for the business as a whole

'commercial' often means marketing. WIthout more context it is hard to know whether to translate attache to manager or any other word so I would leave it as it is since the word is well known in English.
