Επειδή, όπως ακριβώς το αναφέρει και ο Νίκος, δεν βρήκα καμιά αναφορά στο διαδίκτυο για το "investigatable transactions", δεν το πρότεινα καν από μιας αρχής.

Διαφωνώ με τον Νίκο ως προς το μακρυνάρι, γιατί το "ερευνητέος" μπορούμε να το πούμε και "should/ought to be investigated" και θεωρώ ότι το υπόλοιπο μέρος, δηλαδή το "deemed worthy of investigation" είναι ελαφρώς αυθαίρετο. Δηλαδή, κατά την άποψή μου, "ερευνητέο" είναι ένα θέμα όταν υπάρχουν λόγοι που επιβάλλουν τη διερεύνησή του, π.χ. από ένα απλό παράπονο πελάτη που δεν συμφωνεί με τον αναλυτικό μηνιαίο λογαριασμό του έως και τις ενδεχόμενες επιλήψιμες συναλλαγές. Αλλά θαρρώ πως στο κείμενό σου δεν υπεισέρχονται τέτοιες λεπτομέρειες εκτός αν υπάρχει κάτι τέτοιο, οπότε θα μπορούσες να μας φωτίσεις περισσότερο.

Σε σχέση με το investigable:
Μια από τις πρώτες αποδόσεις που τσέκαρα και απέκλεισα ήταν το *investigable*, το οποίο δεν αποκλείεται αλλά και δεν συνηθίζεται, δηλ. δεν θα βρεις ούτε μία αναφορά σε "investigable transactions" αν και θα βρεις διατυπώσεις όπως: We have to identify the transactions to see which ones are investigable immediately. (Ινδία)
Το *investigatable* είναι ένας θλιβερός (ή απλώς λανθασμένος) νεολογισμός, τον οποίο απορρίπτω μετά βδελυγμίας.
Για να βλογήσω τα γένια μου, μπορείς να χρησιμοποιήσεις την απόδοση που προτείνω (με αρκετά ευρήματα και σαφήνεια) και το investigable στις επαναληπτικές αναφορές.
Η αντίρρησή μου για το "to be investigated" είναι ότι μπορεί να παρερμηνευτεί σε απλό "που πρόκειται να ερευνηθούν".
