Văd însă că se foloseşte şi forma "Community market". În raportul Mediatorului pe 2004 se folosea forma "European Union market".

Termenul "comunitar" nu are aici nici o legatura cu Comunitatea Europeana, ci se refera pur si simplu la o piata unica pentru statele membre UE/CE.
