This is a type of exterior finishing for a building. I suppose it's a special type of ceramic tile... Does anyone know what it should be called in English? What do I do with the nicho?

As discussed the last time this question came up, there is no specific way to say this in English - the safest thing thing to do would be to place the dimensions in parentheses after the name.
In this case, this would seem to be (45mm x 95mm) but that all depends on whether 45二丁掛タイル is the same as 45二丁タイル (which is generally 45 x 95mm but can also refer to 50x95mm).

In the case of 二丁掛タイル (without the '45' here), this refers to the length of 2 x 小口 tiles (giving the 二丁), plus an extra 11mm length to compensate for the joint width (hence the 掛け), giving the tile its "brick" shaped appearance.

A quick web search didn't turn up any definitive dimensions for '45二丁掛", so I'm not 100% convinced that this is only 45x95mm, but still, to be safe, I'd probably put this as "Exterior Porcelain Tiles", followed by the dimensions in brackets.

If you are unable to find the dimensions of these tiles, but they are not a vital detail in your translation (I guess you'll be able to tell from the rest of the context), it may suffice to say
"PORCELAIN BRICK-SHAPED EXTERIOR TILES", as they will undoubtedly be brick-shaped, even if the precise dimensions remain unknown. (-:
