main purpose


Explanation:
I'm not totally sure that main service is right here. "Prestazione principale" is a very specific term in contract law and refers to the main purpose of the contract (which is clearly stated in the contract). Here the injured party is entitled to charge a penalty for non-delivery of part of an order but cannot also demand that the defaulting party perform the main purpose of the contract, i.e. delivery of the goods. Hope I haven't confused matters.
