I've translated something very similar to this. I do quite a bit of cosmetics translation and in my experience the English product name is generally a lot shorter than then French, with an add-on in smaller type below if necessary. So with this product you could do something like:

MARINE EXFOLIATING SHOWER GEL
enhanced with marine extracts/rich in marine active ingredients/etc.etc.
