neutral  Jane Lamb-Ruiz (X): itinerário de viagem...programa não é a mesma coisa. There are no false friends here Enza.... please. this is not itinerary. That word exists in Portuguese.

-> yep - could be a case of false friends, but it's not unusual to refer to the itinerary for the day when on holiday

itinerary

Explanation:
No need for "travel." The travel agent prepares your itinerary, even if it is tentative. This is the term used in all travel brochures. Anything else is redundant. As I speak, I'm looking at a lavish magazine published by International Expeditions. Each trip has an itinerary -- nada ma's.

Looking more carefully at your question, I'd like to confirm that the daily excursions, and even the entertainment, are part of the itinerary in the travel literature that I see. For example, part of an itinerary that I'm looking at includes the following text:

Day 9 - Sunday
Barrier Reef / San Pedro
This morning we take a boat to the north end of the island to explore Mexico Rocks and the extensive system of patch reef coral...etc.

7 mins
-> Hi Jane! I was looking at the asker's question, not the word "programa." I'm super-familiar with "programa" in the sense that you're talking about.

agree  Fiona Gonçalves: As a travel agent, I think this is the answer which best fits the bill in the context but I would consider preceding it with "suggested". However, if the visits + tours are included in the holiday package then "itinerary" should be used instead.
3 hrs
-> Right..Itinerary is more linked to a package, telling you e.g. the cities you're going to visit. My suggestion is related to an alternative programme you may join or not during your stay. Thanks for your comments!

agree  Amilcar: or tour plan
