Под "объекты собственности" юридический диалект русского часто понимает а) недвижимость - квартира, дом, земельный участок. б) имущественный комплекс" - т.е. здание+оборудование+инфраструктура = фабрика. Под "условными моделями", насколько я могу понять, скрываются "схемы оформления" - т.е. пошаговое описание процедуры регистрации прав. Title is correct, but mostly refers to the real estate , cars, etc, then what about rights on intangible property?. If in your context the author talks about real estate only , then " title " is perfectly suites , if the context is wider - use wider legal definition- rights of ownership. |
