agree  Crannmer: Korektura: zuschöagen, Zuschlag erteilen - sich für einen der Gebote (und einen der Bieter) zu entscheiden. Nie ograniczajac tego wylacznie do sektora publicznego. @rjz: nach meiner Erf. ist der von Dir beschr. Zusammenhang in der Praxis nicht gegeben ;-)

IMHO brzmi dziwnie, ale nic na to nie poradzę, w rozporządzeniach urzędowych termin taki jest stosowany:

"Zawarcie umowy
Historycznie przetarg publiczny na podstawie VOB/A i VOL/A wywodzi się z praktyki ustnej licytacji. Widać to bardzo dobrze po sposobie udzielenia zamówienia. Do dnia dzisiejszego zamawiający udziela zamówienia dokonując przybicia ("Zuschlag").
Przybicie pod względem prawno-cywilistycznym jest równoznaczne z przyjęciem oferty na podstawie §§ 145 i n. niemieckiego Kodeksu cywilnego BGB. W wyniku przybicia dochodzi zatem do zawarcia umowy. W tym wypadku podstawą umowy jest dokumentacja przetargowa oraz wybrana oferta. Ta ostatnia powinna zawierać wyłącznie cenę (§ 21 nr 1 VOB/A, VOL/A)."
