Thank you Waleed. I changed the word slightly to get a little more of a mouthful suitable for a title. Encouraging excellence is also mentioned several times in the article, so امتياز works well. Also, this is for a press release and I don't want a hasty editor somewhere to mistype or misread this as جوائز التمييز.
