  -> I don't think the Asker requested a term specifically for roofing (or any particular field) but "concrete overlays" seem to have a fairly broad range of applications (bridges, decks, etc.) Thx for your comment, at any rate. :-)

Explanation:
Ａ−２・一般的に「押さえ層」とは加熱アスファルト、又は砂付きルーフィング（シート）で防水層を形成後、防水層保護のために約２．５ｍ角で目地を形成作成し、１００ｍｍ厚程度のコンクリートを打設する工法で以前はシンダーコンクリートと呼ばれていました。
従ってこの様な場合は適切な下地処理後、押さえ層（押さえコンクリート）を撤去せずに防水工事が行えます。尚、この様な下地の場合は通気緩衝工法（カタログ７．８頁）が適しています。
　　　　了解しました。
