This appears on a budget spreadsheet for fleet management. There are references to owned vehicles and rented vehicles. In a section entitled "Budget Assurance":

Conservation RC (O/N - montant)
Conservation dommages (O/N - montant)

I'm considering using "retention for damages" for the final line. That still leaves me stumped with "RC." The only thing I can think of is "Customer Relations," but that doesn't seem to fit here. (Do you really have to pay for customer relations?)
