auf Himbeerpüree oder roter Grütze... et il y a plein d'autres variantes mais à part l'omelette norvégienne qui est autre chose, je n'ai rien trouvé (si, une "glace au four" espagnole peu alléchante!)

C'est pas une réponse, mais sachez que "glace au four" signifie omelette norvégienne en suédois et peut-être en d'autres langues aussi.

Explanation:
Habe in einem Dessert-Kochbuch (mjamjam...) ein überbackenes Baiser-Eis entdeckt, das war eine Eistorte, die mit einer Baiserhaube im Ofen überbacken wurde. Habe natürlich nicht die geringste Ahnung, wie das im Französischen heißt (irgendwas mit méringue vielleicht) und ob sowas überhaupt gemeint sein kann. Aber vielleicht hilft's dir ja...
