I have always understood this to mean something like "when we hear nothing from you then you will receive the invoice in the next few days.
it means then that you accept the goods/services as received, you have no complaints/comments that would affect the invoice-sending...

Thanks. Yes, I'm also understanding it to mean something along the lines of "If you don't object within the next seven days, then the shipment shall be considered to be accepted" or something along those lines.
