小型回転培養機 Explanation: I came across the identical phrase on the web, which was a part of a biological protocol. The word "incubate" also made me think it may not be a pure mechanics question. My answer is solely based on the assumption that this is about molecular biology. An end-to-end rotator as used in molecular biology is a device resembling a rotisserie and used to promote binding of molecules (hybridization) in test tubes/probes.
