Portuguese term or phrase: reserva de mercado
Es handelt sich um einen Text über das Patentsystem im Rahmen des TRIPS-Abkommens, es kommt also nicht die betriebswirtschaftliche "Marktreserve" in Frage. Beim googlen habe ich unter "reservierte Märkte" bzw. "Marktreservierung" einige wenige Einträge gefunden. Vom Sinn her handelt es sich darum, dass ein Patentmonopol einen nationalen Markt dem Patentprodukt vor der Konkurrenz anderer Produkte schützt.

Trifft es sinnmäßig nicht, es geht ja darum, dass Patente dem Inhaber den betreffenden Markt reservieren, nicht, dass der Staat ihn wie bei Importsubstitutionsmodellen abschottet.
