English term or phrase: purple cabbage

Je dois remettre la copie dans quelques heures. Je suis dans une liste d'aliments avec leur index glycémique, donc pas vraiment de contexte. La liste comprend "purple cabbage" mais je ne trouve pas d'équivalent en français à part chou rouge, sauf que ça, c'est red cabbage, à ma connaissance...

L'OLF n'en souffle pas mot et les sites anglophone semblent établir une distinction... régionalisme?
