Faculdade Integrada [Fulano de Tal] da Bahia.

Trata-se do nome da faculdade. Sei que nomes de escola geralmente ficam no seu original mas gostaria de explicar em parênteses para que a pessoa que vai ler o inglês saiba que trata-se de uma faculdade. A dúvida está no “integrada”. Muito obrigado.

Explanation:
I don't see how else you can do this. If you have a name [Fulano de Tal] it becomes easier to distinguish from other universities e.g. Bahia State University.

In English, faculty is only one part of a university. As for integrated, I don't know what this refers to in this case, but if it was a previous merger between two institutions, then it doesn't really matter for the translated name (in the UK we have integrated universities but they are just called "University").

I should have remembered to say that you would have to say university in British English - college for us is either a further education establishment (instead of higher education) or a part of one of the older universities.

Last note: if you understand what integrada means in this case, then include it. For the purposes of your translation, I don\'t think it is important whether \"integrated\" sounds perfect or not. If you don\'t think it has an important meaning, then I would leave it out (it will still be there in the Portuguese anyway). As I said, here in the UK we have \"integrated\" universities and faculties, but they usually just refer to departments that have merged to form more complete institutions/schools; that\'s just historical detail and not important in my opinion. As long as you make it clear that the qualification is from a university/college, then that\'s the most important thing!
