I would say just "public baths" as they seem to be talking about the amenities near whatever they are taling about. Public baths used to be very common in the UK before everybody had bathrooms - they were/are places were people can go and take a bath/shower, in short wash.

neutral  Joao Vieira: In our balneários you won't get only showers... //Not quite, this marina is not on the beach. There you can change, take a bath after a boat ride, wash hands, use a toillet, change a baby's nappy, etc

  -> yes but this is in a Marina..I know those balnearios in Portugal..you can sit on a terrace,have a locker in a changing room. rent a beach umbrella or beach chair etc. etc.all on the beach, right?
