This is a deduction based on the different meanings of \"voluntad\" in the Larousse Dictionary and the context of many of the uses of \"volulntarista\" from a few dozen of the more than 30,000 times it appears on the Internet.

By extrapolating the meaning of \"voluntad\" and then imagining which of the different meanings of it might apply as an adjective, this seems a logical option.
