Normally 紡績 would be "spinning", but I tried Google searches of "spun goods", "spun products", etc. and didn't really get anything related to cotton, fabric or that sort of spinning. I tried "milled" as well, but this ended up with flour, which is also unrelated.

Please note: The word 繊維(textiles) comes up elsewhere in the document, so I don't want to say textiles if there is another word for 紡績製品 that would sound OK in this context.

However, if it is used in this cotext "spinning" sounds like a product in the making. Also it sounds as though it is a product that is used for spinning.
I suggest two I cited here.

Now aira07-san¥'s comment prompted me to add this. Spinning is a process of raw material such as cotton into thread. The thread is of course becomes material woven to be textile. Japanese word 紡績 means not just spinning, but weaving as well.
Nonetheless ¥"spinning products¥" sure sounds peculiar to me in this regard.
