agree  aira07: i hope they're not putting them together =) but these are two distinctive products of Okinawa. 黒砂糖 can also mean raw sugar, based on context.

neutral  Maynard Hogg: The "brown sugar" that I grew up with was granular (indicating a fair amount of processing), not clumps sold in Okinawa.

Explanation:
黒糖 (kokuto) can mean brown sugar, but judging from your series of questions, I would guess that here it is referring to 黒糖 as in 黒糖焼酎, in which case 黒糖 is unrefined sugar made from sugar cane and 黒糖焼酎 is a shochu made from 黒糖.

泡盛 (awamori) is a type of shochu produced traditionally in Okinawa, and is usually made from rice or millet.

I would think you could leave both names as they are.
