pārstrādes palīgvielas/palīglīdzekļi Explanation: it seems that there are 2 different translations that have come up in the translations of EU regulations - the one that Burrell has pointed out, and this one. "Tehnoloģiskās piedevas" seems to be a term that has been used once during the process of translating the regulations and approving the translations, whereas my version is listed in official EU websites,Latvian Ministry of Agriculture and Translation and Terminology centre.This version certainly seems to be more popular and gets more Google hits, though the other version seems to be correct as well...
