| mondatrész unité médicale de soins à domicile Explanation: igazad van, de ezt a területet nem nagyon ismerem (szerencsére) az unité médicale = orvosi egység, de tudtommal kórházi részleg is, úgyhogy nem kifejezetten és csak az orvosok csoportjára utal, bár szerintem elfogadható soins à domicile = otthoni ellátás/ ápolás (sajnos, ebben sem vagyok biztos, hogy nincs rá jobb szó (esetleg: unité médicale pour visites à domicile) Szóval tényleg kell valami, mert különben úgy hangzik, hogy az az orvosi egység, amely lakik..., holott csak az ún. ügyeletes orvosi szolgálatról lehet szó |
