I care a lot about you


Explanation:
The only reason why I'm suggesting this is that, in Italian, there's a huge difference between "ti amo" and "ti voglio bene". Now, it has always been a problem for me to express the opposition between these two kinds of love in English.
While I agree with the "luv ya" option (the "un sacco" in the Italian phrase makes me think that the register needs to be informal in the English trabslation, too), I'm also wondering whether there could be a less informal way to express this whole "voler bene" thing as opposed to "amare".
This is a huge issue for Italophone people who want to express their feelings to native English speakers!!! I mean it! :-)

"Non ti amo...ma ti voglio un sacco di bene, davvero"...Un classico, huh? :-D
