Ich würde lieber Bars (oder Kneipen) sagen, denn Cocktails werden in Spanien eher selten getrunken, man trinkt in den "locales de copas" meistens Bier oder Longdrinks, deswegen finde ich "Cocktail-Bar" nicht zutreffend.
