реадмиссия Explanation: Так называется сейчас официально это процедура, см. многочисленные ссылки, в частности, статью министра иностранных дел России (ссылка 1) person readmitted by a member state = лицо, в отношении которого (в) одной из стран-членов применена процедура реадмиссии (см. подобный оборот в тексте по ссылке 2). Можно написать чуть короче - "принятое в порядке реадмиссии", хотя такой оборот нигде не встречается. Вообще, лучше бы поискать при возможности русский официальный текст проекта соглашения о реадмиссии, о котором недавно велись переговоры между Путиным и главами стран ЕвроСССР и взять вариант оттуда.
