aguja, carnaza de paleta y parte del asado Explanation: Silvia, en el diccionario Zingarelli encontré lo siguiente: Reale: nell'Italia settentrionale, polpa bovina scelta, sotto la coppa, usato specialmente per la preparazione di arrosti, spezzatini e bolliti. Creo que los dos vínculos que te señalo -principalmente el segundo-, te servirán para traducir mucho más que siete cortes :)) Solo espero que no sea demasiado tarde...
