I installed windows 8.1 because it promised me beforehand that all my software was compatible. However, MemoQ 6.2 and 2013 won't start at all and Studio 2014 is 'forgetting' my projects every time I relaunch. And yes I know I'm a fool for being too hasty to download a new OS, although actually, before I pressed install, I was under the impression it was just a 'large update' rather than the completely new version it has tuned out to be.

Regards,

Olly

Delete preferences file Oct 19, 2013

Hi,
I had the same problem.
I contacted the MemoQ Support and they advised to delete the preferences file Preferences.xml under C:\users\username\appdata\roaming\memoq.
This helped in my case.
Regards,
Andrzej

It seems there is a problem after all.
MemoQ does not find TMs and glossaries and does not start again.
