Dear Turkish colleagues,

My husband and I are planning on going to Turkey in late December and welcome 2004 in Istanbul. Any suggestions on programs and fun available for The Night?

Thanks in advance!

Seadeta

Dear Seadeta,

It's nice that you want to visit Turkey, however it's a bit early, I think, to say anything regarding entertainment for New Year's Eve. I checked some web sites but could not find any programs yet. The coming event that is on the agenda here in Turkey are the holidays for the Ramadan.

In December you can check these websites http://english.istanbul.com/ (here you can find what's going on in Istanbul)
and
http://www.bookinturkey.com/en/ (here you can check for any reservations all around Turkey)

However, there will be many choices, depending on what you especially want.

Thank you... Nov 7, 2003

... for the links!

Our choice will probably be a nice restaurant with traditional Turkish music and/or dance.

You have a great country, by the way!

Thanks, Tayfun! Nov 7, 2003

Last December all flights to Istanbul from Zagreb, Croatia were sold ! This is why I wanted to ask for info in advance, to be able to book a flight on time. It seems to me that Turkey and Croatia should arrange more flights to and fro...

I can find a few when I saw their Ads. and recommend you.
