Hi. I've got a client that is in a terrible situation...an abused wife that ran away from her husband in Mexico to the USA, and now that guy is getting her new husband extradited to face some trumped up charges of child abuse in Mexico. The U.S. court issued findings of fact that the charges are baseless (the first guy is a total psycho--I heard the recordings), but they have to honor an extradition request, so the poor guy has to take his chances in court in Mexico City. The first husband is wealthy and possibly spending a lot to move this along for revenge.

Thanks in advance.
