Dragon Preferred: How long does it take to receive it?

Hi,

I bought Dragon Preferred a few days ago (online from Nuance website) and I've not received any news regarding when can I expect it to arrive.

When I checked their site, it says that it is still "Pending Shipment".

Any idea as to how long does it usually take to receive it after paying?

Same here. I already sent a support ticket to Nuance, with no reply so far.

dhl delivery to me: may 18
